Cancellation AND Refund
Once a user selects a service plan or offer announced by IndiaFast Services and proceeds to purchase it by making the due payment to IndiaFast Services, such payment by the user shall be considered final and non-refundable under any circumstances. Please be aware that the act of purchasing a service plan from IndiaFast Services is irreversible in accordance with applicable laws.
Upon receipt of payment from the user for the aforementioned plan, IndiaFast Services will create a user ID in its system only after successful completion of KYC verification for the user. If the user fails to complete the KYC verification successfully, IndiaFast Services will be unable to create a user ID. Therefore, in order to access services on the IndiaFast Services portal, it is mandatory for the user to undergo successful KYC verification.
Following the creation of a user ID, any transactions that fail for reasons directly attributable to IndiaFast Services, and for which IndiaFast Services has received confirmation from the payment gateway, will be automatically refunded to the user's bank account within 3-21 working days from the transaction date. A confirmation email will be sent to the user's registered email address with IndiaFast Services. Please note that the refunded amount will be the actual transaction amount, excluding payment gateway charges and all applicable taxes.
However, in cases where the user receives a successful completion confirmation but does not receive the services, the user must submit a complaint by emailing the customer care email address provided on the IndiaFast Services website. IndiaFast Services will investigate the matter upon receiving the user's complaint, and based on the findings of the investigation, IndiaFast Services may issue a refund. In all cases, IndiaFast Services' liability will be limited to providing the user with a valid refund corresponding to the payment received by IndiaFast Services for a specific transaction. IndiaFast Services shall not be liable for any other claims or consequential liabilities arising from failed services on our system.
The user acknowledges that this refund policy is subject to all the terms and conditions stated in the agreement between the user and IndiaFast Services, or their business associate/retailer.
